Misheberach Name Submission

  • Jewish tradition teaches that when the Torah is read, we are granted a special and uniquely opportune moment to invoke blessings for those in need of divine intervention. From time immemorial, it has been customary to recite a Mi Sheberach (prayer for healing) on behalf of individuals who are ill or in crisis.

Names submitted through this form will be included each Shabbat when the rabbi recited the Mi Sheberach during the Torah reading. In addition, the Rabbi will personally send the names to be read in supplication at the Rebbe’s Ohel in NY.

Please remember to notify us when prayers are no longer needed. To remove a name, email: [email protected].

  • At all times, it is appropriate to recite Tehillim (Psalms), especially Chapter 20. Our sages teach that the prayers of those in distress are particularly powerful and heard on High.

We wish you or your loved one a complete and speedy recovery. May we hear good news soon!
